Question by John b: How do I find a town to retire in Tennessee without signing up for spam?
I?m just looking and have lots of time. I do not want to register with any particular real-estate co. and be bothered by phone calls and spam. I do not know where I want to live yet. The nice thing about being retired is that I can live anywhere I like.

In Mt. Juliet just outside of Nashville they are building a retirement community called Del Web. I heard the community is going to be completely self sufficient with it?s own housing, stores, food stores, entertainment, health care, and probably more stuff. I don?t know how much they start at but they are brand new and it should be finished next year or late this year.
