They allow the user to use their assessment tools that include the BMI calculator, Heart Health Assessment and Lung Cancer Risk Assessment, to determine any health risks they may have.
The free assessments are quick and simple to go through and offer a report at the end, summarising your assessment, as well as advice on how to improve your health.
Upon review of the assessment report users can use the Get active Apps and Diet and Nutrition Apps to make a change in their lifestyles to become healthier.
QUIT has supported over 2,000,000 smokers to quit smoking. The charity run projects that highlight the risks of smoking on a person?s health, lifestyle and finance.? The Bupa cancer assessment tools?are excellent in highlighting the effects of tobacco use and the risk they pose in generating cancer in the person?s body.
The Cost of Smoking Tool is something we are able to get our clients to use to see how much money they could save if they quit smoking. What makes this tool different is that it shows the health benefits of quitting as well.
